Hotel staff was great. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The rooms were very nice and all the amenities were great but the room was showing it age. That just my pet piev, the fridge, stove, tv's, couches, bed and tables all in very nice.

I stayed here for 8 days while my pet was at the Ohio State Vet Hospital. It is the perfect location that is close to the vet school and has wonderful dining options within walking distance, as well as a Whole Foods. Amy, Amr, and Emily were so helpful, accommodating, and kind throughout my stay. The rooms are suite style which was nice for such a long stay. Highly recommend!

Never had so many issues with a Hilton hotel before and it gets worse by the day. The only reason I’m still here is because I’m waiting for my house to be ready. Also, a diamond member which does not seem to matter here. Non-English speaking staff including front desk person. And very rude. Stay here if you’re okay with staff disturbing you when you’re sleeping, had to unplug phone to get sleep. There is no communication between staff because when one shift leaves a note for another shift they somehow disappear and no one knows what I’m talking about. The only plus is the size of the room, very spacious. As someone who does PR I will be updating this review after I leave. This hotel shouldn’t have the Hilton name, doesn’t deserve it. Two stars is generous because of the size of the rooms.

The suite was decent and clean. The TV was not able to change the input so I could use my Firestick. Staff was above awesome and I was offered a beer on the house. The elevator is rear open and drove me crazy. Overall I would stay again.

A warning for female travelers: Three times before 10AM housekeeping attempted to enter my room. The second time, I was in a towel after showering. The third, I was completely alone in the room after my husband started packing our vehicle when two men from housekeeping entered without even knocking first. This is unacceptable and dangerous. I've spent my fair share of time in hotels, even working as a FOM, and I have never experienced a breach of privacy like this. To add, nobody was at the front desk for me to speak with when we left, a full hour and twenty minutes before the posted check out time.

Excellent location, situated across from a Whole Foods, eateries, and friendly staff. The amenities are nice with an indoor pool and fitness area. Parking is a bit tricky but it is available and next to the hotel.

Hotel was HOT AS HELL. The front desk was nice and cool to accommodate the staff. Gym had broken machines and was dirty. Overall cleanliness was disappointing. I will not be staying at this hotel again in the future. Front desk did mention they plan to remodel “because it’s pretty gross and old”
